The next official Indiana Micro Wedding™ Day will be April 11th 2020 held out in Hendricks County at
CRG Event Center in Plainfield Indiana.
The first wedding will be starting at 9am, and the last wedding of the day will be starting at 7:30pm

How It Works...

The process is simple, and straight forward.

Step 1: You sign up and claim one of the 5 time slots of the day by completing a contract and placing a non-refundable retainer for services. Your wedding, from start to finish, will be 2 hours long.

Step 2: You will gain access to an online Client Suite that will have planning guides for all elements of your wedding. Even though your wedding will be short, you will still have the opportunity to plan it exactly how you would like.

Step 3: You show up, with your 40 guests max and have an awesome time! STRESS FREE!

Because of the the close time frames, all weddings will start, and end, precisely on time.
The success of every wedding depends on the attentiveness to time and the order of events.

An 8 passenger Limo will pick you up 30 minutes prior to the wedding, and drop you off right when you need to be at the venue. After the wedding is over, the Limo will be there to take you home or to another location within 30 minutes of the venue.

What's The Cost?

If you have seen the above "What's Included..." cards, then you know what you will be getting. You are not hiring 1, not 2, not even 3... but 6 award winning, FULL TIME wedding professionals to help you make your simple, beautiful and memorable wedding together.

For everything mentioned on those cards, your total cost will be only $5000!

In order to reserve one of the open time slots, you will be required to sign a digital contract, and place a non-refundable retainer of $1000. The remaining balance will be due 3 weeks prior to The Micro Wedding™.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Some elements of a weddings are up to you on what and who you'd like to choose. If they aren't covered in the contract, or listed under one of the "What's Included..." cards, that means they aren't covered under the incredible pricing.

CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel 45 days or closer to the event date, you will be responsible for your remaining balance due. If you cancel 46 days out or further, you will not incur any additional fees.


GRATUITY
No gratuity, or tipping, has been included with any pricing shown on this website. If you feel that you would like to show appreciation through gratuity, you are welcome to, but none is required or demanded.


CAKE
No cake topper is included, you will be required to provide one on your own, IF you desire one.


PAYMENT TERMS
All pricing shown on this website is reflecting payment in either cash or cashiers check.
Personal Checks are accepted with the understanding that any returned checks will incur a $50.00 return fee,
plus a $50.00 administrative fee.
Zelle, Chase Quick Pay and Venmo are also viable methods to pay.
Personal Checks are to be made out to "The Micro Wedding LLC".
If you choose to pay with a credit card, there will be an additional 4% convenience fee that will be added to your total.
If final payment is not received at least 1 week prior to The Micro Wedding™ of your booking, your reservation will be considered cancelled, you will still owe your remaining balance due as well as a $250 administrative fee.

FAQs

"Can I choose any date that I want?"
Yes and No. The Micro Wedding™ is a VERY popular and creative outlet for those wanting a beautiful, custom wedding, but on a budget. Saying that, there are certain dates that we can not perform The Micro Wedding™ day. The Micro Wedding™ team is open to providing services and weddings 7 days a week as long as there is a minimum of 4 couples that book for that date, and all 6 key elements (Venue, Photographer, Entertainment, Floral, Cake and Transportation) are available. You are always welcome to suggest a date, but the safest method is checking the respective website to see what dates are currently open and available. Depending on Prime Wedding Seasons across the nation will heavily dictate dates that will be available. Sundays will be the most popular and used dates, followed by Weekdays and the very rare Saturday could be used during off peak season.


"Can we substitute a different professional?"
Yes! If you have another professional that you would prefer to use, like an Officiant, Photographer, etc.... you can opt to have your own professional take place in The Micro Wedding™. There is no discount, or pricing change though. You will still be required to pay the total price for the Wedding, even if you choose to not use a service that is included.


"Can we add additional time to the front or rear end of the wedding?"
No. You will be receiving an AMAZING deal on full time professionals for your two (2) hour Ceremony and Reception, as well as sharing that day with up to 4 other couples. It is vital that your guests arrive on time, not early, and leave on time right after the send off. That allows the other couples to arrive on time as well. It will be up to you to communicate to your guests that they are not to enter the Venue more than 5 minutes before your start time, or you will be charged an early arrival/late departure fee of $250 for every 5 minutes they are within the venue. We work diligently to make sure that all weddings go smoothly, and making sure that guests are on time is key. If you choose, and if it is available, you are always welcome to book more than one time slot to increase your time.


"Can we bring our own food, cake or dessert?"
Yes. If you choose to bring your own food or dessert option, you will have to bring it with you when you arrive for your wedding, and not earlier in the day. You will also have to show proof of commercial production of the dessert. Homemade cakes and foods can not be served due to health and safety reasoning per catering and venue rules.


"Is there a space on site, like a Bridal Suite, that I can use to store things?"
Possibly. It depends on the venue location. Normally if there is, there would be an small additional fee that would added to your total amount due.


"I have some older Family/Friends coming, and they like to arrive early, is that possible?"
No. Because there will be a wedding happening just before your wedding, there will not be space for your guests to arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your wedding. We encourage you to create a "gentle reminder card" for all of your 40 guests, letting them know that because there are other weddings happening in that same space, on the same day, they will not be allowed in until that specified time. Depending on the venue, there could be a waiting room available, but that option is NEVER promise or guaranteed.


"Can we have more than 40 guests?"
No. The limit for guests is strictly set at 40 people to keep your amazing cost to $5000 as well as the help with the arrival and departure of guests before and after your Wedding. If more than 40 guests arrive, the credit card you have on file will be billed an additional fee that is stated in the contract that you sign.
